Last weekend the boys' cross country team was interviewed by ESPN-RISE. They posted a video of Saturday's meet at American Fork. You will get a kick out of it. Morgan is in the beginning clip running in the red AF jersey.

Tim Dunkley had a firestarting contest without using matches. You had to start a fire and eventually be able to sit a can of water on it and bring it to a boil. The contest was between the boys blue bandana team and the girls red bandana team.

American Fork Steel Days 2010

This was Morgan's first distance race since getting mono. On the front line ready to run this 5k is Jasmine Hildebrant(Friend), Morgan, Lindsey and then the American Fork Boys Cross Country team.
The boy in the bright yellow is the American Fork 5A state champion in cross country and the gatorade athlete of the year.
