Morgan at the Prefootlocker Race in American Fork

Morgan with the American Fork cross country team. They are all heading to California this week to compete in the Footlocker Race on Saturday morning. Morgan will run in the 8th grade race.

This prefootlocker race was very cold. Morgan's toes were wet and frozen in her spikes before the race even started. Morgan took second place and Alexis Laws took first.

Morgan didn't want to put her whole costume on since she had to make pizzas at her friends house before going trick or treating, but you get the gist of it. I told her to have a friend take a picture of her so I can post it, but we will see.

Morgan turned 14 yesterday. She celebrated by taking her friends to the Haunted Forest.

Lindsey took first place for women and Morgan was tenth place.

Brit is loving flag football. He usually plays quarterback. In tonight's game he got an interception and made a touchdown.

Mike's Mad Dash 5k

This is Brit's first 5k race. I would have had Kelly run but he had a IHC work meeting he had to leave for before the race would be finished.

Here is Brit finishing the race. Lindsey won, Morgan took second and I took fifth for the women. Brit ran a 25:08 and placed second in the 14 and under age group.

Morgan finished 44th in the collegiate race. She said this was the hardest course she has ever run.

Tim Dunkley - Lindsey's FIREMAN!

Since Lindsey does not have a blog spot yet, I will post the pictures of her husband she sent me from last night's fire. This was on I-15 in American Fork. A tanker rolled and caught the SUV on fire. Tim is holding the hose.

Brit and Morgan asleep in the jeep!

As we were driving home today the kids fell asleep in the back seat. If Morgan would have been awake Brit would have never been able to lay his head on her shoulder or vise versa. I don't know if this will ever happen again. I had to take a picture of it and the only thing I had in the car was my cell phone so it is not the best picture. This week was exhausting for all of us with work, school, kid's sports, scouts, young women's, and let's not forget American Fork High School football and BYU football.
