Below is the AF varsity girls team at the Murray Invitational. There were 56 schools there with over 800 girls running.
This picture is the starting line. It was very long and you had to get out good because it funnelled in very quickly.
Just off the start line. Morgan always gets out good.
Morgan and her teammate Alexis leading the race but a sad thing happened at the two mile mark or so a lady told them to turn left where they were originally going to go straight. They noticed lots of girls going the other way so they had to stop, go back and play catch up. Morgan took first for AF but 8th overall.

Had the wrong turn not happened, she would have been top 5 easily...she ran so awesome!
